What are your current hours?
We are open every day from 11am-7pm.
 
Do I need an appointment for a bra fitting?
You do not need an appointment, you’re welcome to stop by anytime during our regular hours.
 
Do you have more in the physical store than you do online?
We have slightly more in our boutique than we do on our website, but we are always adding products to the site and trying to keep it as updated as possible so that the online inventory reflects the in-store inventory.
 
If something is not in stock in my size, can I order it?
Not at this time. We are a fashion-focused boutique so we strive to constantly have a new selection, which means that usually, once something is gone, it’s gone. HOWEVER, if there is something you have a specific request for, please do let us know by e-mailing us at [email protected]. We try to tailor our selection to meet our customers’ needs as best we can.
 
I can’t easily find my size on your website, what should I do?
We realize the current site doesn’t allow for shopping by size, so if you’re having trouble, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] and we can create a special shopping list just for you with items in your size.
 
What if I have questions about something I see online?

How often do you get new products?
We receive new inventory weekly, so make sure to check back as you’ll always find something new.
 
Can I redeem gift certificates online?
Our online system doesn’t accommodate them at this time, but we’re happy to help you redeem them over the phone. Please call us at 206-545-0222 and we can run them through. Also, you can purchase gift certificates online to redeem at either Bellefleur Seattle or over the phone. Purchase gift certificates here.
 
How can I keep updated about the newest product arrivals?
The best way to keep on top of the most recent arrivals is to stop by the shop frequently! We get new items pretty much every week so you’ll likely find something new each time you stop in. You can also see the very newest arrivals by following our Instagram, or signing up for our newsletter. You can always call us at 206-545-0222 and purchase anything over the phone if it’s not on our website yet.
