Return Policy

BELLEFLEUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Purchases from Bellefleur Online can be returned for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. If you need to return an item, please mail it to:

In order to qualify for exchange/store credit:

  1. The item must be unworn and in new condition. Please try on panties over others when you first try them on at home. Test bras before wearing them out of the house to ensure you’re comfortable with the way they fit.
  2. You must include your original order number and order name inside the box.
  3. Item must be received by us within 30 days of your purchase.
  4. All original Bellefleur tags must still be attached.
  5. Item must have been purchased at full price. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange store credit.

If an item is returned to us and does not meet all these requirements, the item will be discarded, no exchange/store credit will be given, and item will not be shipped back to you. Exchange/store credit eligibility is at the sole discretion of Bellefleur Lingerie and no exceptions are given to our policy. If the item does meet the exchange/store credit requirements, a member of our team will be in touch about processing the exchange/store credit within 5 days of our receipt of the item.

 

BELLEFLEUR SEATTLE RETURN POLICY

Purchases from Bellefleur Seattle can be returned for exchange or store credit only. No refunds.

Please bring the item into the boutique, and in order to qualify for exchange/store credit:

  1. The item must be unworn and in new condition. Please try on panties over others when you first try them on at home. Test bras before wearing them out of the house to ensure you’re still comfortable with the way they fit.
  2. Item must be accompanied by a receipt or tracked in our system under your or the purchaser’s name.
  3. Item must be returned within 14 days of your purchase.
  4. All original Bellefleur tags must still be attached.
  5. Item must have been purchased at full price. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange store credit.

Exchange/store credit eligibility is at the sole discretion of Bellefleur Lingerie and no exceptions are given to our policy.
