Rub a dub dub...give your lingerie some much needed love!

Have laundry questions? Just ask! We’re here to give you the skinny on washing your skimpies. We have a wealth of knowledge on how to care for your underwear. If you have amazing lingerie, you need to take care of it! Keep your lingerie clean and fresh with our delicate wash and delicate spray! If you’d rather machine wash, make sure you use a mesh bag and clip all hook and eye closures to avoid snagging. We’ve got beautiful lace lingerie mesh wash bags in the shop!
Our lingerie cleanser and freshener ensure your garments last and stay beautiful. We highly suggest you hand wash your lingerie with our detergent: it’s not as tedious as it seems! Here’s the lowdown:
Step 1: Add a drop of gentle detergent to your sink and fill it with lukewarm water. We prefer the Delicate Wash from The Laundress! It smells AMAZING and is nontoxic, biodegradable, and allergen-free. It cleans well and removes stains and odors.
Step 2: Separate lights from darks and wash a couple of items of similar colors at the same time. Let them soak for a few minutes in the sink.
Step 3: Rinse your items with cool water until the garments are free of soap.
Step 4: Gently squeeze any excess water out – DO NOT WRING OR TWIST - and line dry or lie flat on a towel.
