An Update About Birthday Club

We Want To Celebrate With You

When it's your birthday, make sure you're getting all the perks you deserve.


If you've been shopping with Bellefleur for a long time, you probably are very fond of our Birthday Club postcard that you would receive in the mail. Well, this year, you may have noticed that we have modernized our customer loyalty program.

 


Now, you will earn points every time you shop with us (there are 5 ways to earn points). You will also now get an e-mail around your birthday with a special discount from us, instead of the postcard.

 


However, you should know that we have some birthdays that might be super out of whack in our system, and/or we may not have yours.

How To Update Your Birthday

If you want birthday surprises around the right time, make sure to follow the following steps.

  1. Go to our website (bellefleurlingerie.com)
  2. Click on the little pink heart 'earn points' icon at the bottom right. This little icon area is your best friend now.
  3. Scroll down and click on 'sign in' using the e-mail address you got this e-mail on. If you're receiving this e-mail, you should already have an account with us. (If for some reason you can't sign in, click Join Now)
  4. Go back down to the heart 'earn points' icon to see your profile
  5. Click 'More'
  6. Click 'Your Profile"
  7. Update your birthday!

You can always redeem your birthday discounts or points in store or online. Online, you'll just click redeem (it's an option in that pink heart area). In store, just mention to the staff that you have a reward, and we'll make sure to apply it at checkout.
 
IMPORTANT: When checking out in-store or online, always make sure we have it under your profile so that you can earn your points!
